أعلنت شركة سامسونج عن هاتفها الجديد الـ Samsung Galaxy M12 في سلسلة الـ M ليكون الترقية وتحديث لهاتفها السابق الـ Samsung Galaxy M11 حيث تم تغيير لغة التصميم نهائياً ليكون بتصميم أفضل ولكن تم الرجوع لتصميم النوتش بدلاً من الثقب للشاشة ولكن أصبحت بتردد 90 هرتز مما يعطيها نقطة قوة.
كما تم زيادة سعة البطارية لتصبح بسعة 6000 مللي أمبير مع استخدام معالج سامسونج الـ Exynos 850 مع زيادة دقة الكاميرات لتصبح بدقة أفضل من الإصدار السابق الـ M11.
